Alcohol-free red fruit caipirinha: a stylish way to toast summer!

Recipe:

  • 6–8 fresh raspberries or strawberries
  • Half a lime, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • Crushed ice, to taste
  • 100 ml sparkling water
  • Mint leaves, to garnish

Place the lime and red fruits in a glass, add the sugar and gently crush to release the juices. Add the crushed ice and sparkling water, then mix everything together. Garnish with mint and a few red berries.
