If you're looking for a refreshing, colourful non-alcoholic drink to enjoy on a summer's day, look no further than the non-alcoholic red fruit caipirinha.
This vibrant and intense recipe combines the acidity of lime with the sweetness of red fruits, making it irresistible — especially when served in our caipirinha glasses!

Recipe:
- 6–8 fresh raspberries or strawberries
- Half a lime, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- Crushed ice, to taste
- 100 ml sparkling water
- Mint leaves, to garnish
Place the lime and red fruits in a glass, add the sugar and gently crush to release the juices. Add the crushed ice and sparkling water, then mix everything together. Garnish with mint and a few red berries.
